Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in the Philadelphia area is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the plant’s financial operations and act as a strategic partner to plant and operations leadership. You will oversee month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis while driving profitability and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in manufacturing finance, and preferably a CPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in plant finance or manufacturing accounting preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Serve as a financial partner to Plant Manager and operations leadership.
• Provide financial insight into manufacturing costs, labor, overhead, and inventory.
