Job summary

Baxter's Mountain Home facility seeks a Plant Controller to lead the on-site financial operations for a $170M operation, overseeing month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and planning, while partnering with a 200-person team on the site Senior Leadership Team.

You will ensure GAAP/SOX compliance, own P&L and balance sheet, provide reporting and insights, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plant finance, close, forecasting, budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX controls.
• Ability to influence operations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant financial activities including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Own plant P&L and balance sheet, ensure compliance with Baxter policies.
• Provide timely reporting and insights on financial performance and trends.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize variances, operating income, cash flow, and capex.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and capital planning.
