Job summary

CNH Industrial Group in Racine, Wisconsin invites students to join the Logistics Finance internship program, gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting and global consolidation.

You'll work with NA Logistics Finance and Global Logistics Controller on accurate reporting, while developing skills through mentorship, training, and housing support.

Candidates must be enrolled in a BBA/Finance/accounting program; internships run May–August, full-time 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or accounting.

• Assisting with logistics finance reporting, standards, setting process
• Supporting consolidations and report validation
• Partnering with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
• Contributing to miscellaneous reporting tasks and special projects as assigned

Intern Program Overview:

Summer interns work full‑time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.

Job Purpose

Join our Logistics Finance team and gain hands‑on experience supporting financial reporting and global consolidation activities. As a Logistics Finance Intern, you'll work closely with the North America Logistics Finance Team and the Global Logistics Controller to deliver accurate reporting and provide insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

This internship provides the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in financial reporting, gain exposure to global operations, and collaborate with teams across the organization.

Experience Required

• Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or accounting

The annual salary for this role is USD $20.34 - $25.75 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
