Job summary

Hanon Systems is seeking an Accounting & Finance Specialist to support accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational finance activities. This role will work with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with 5–10 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with international teams.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant’s monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Review plant profitability and program finances with gate review support.
• Prepare analytical reports and tools for management.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts and actual results with teams.
• Report variances and support internal decision making.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to drive efficiency and transparency.
• Support finance projects such as inventory optimization and cost saving.
