Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or plant FP&A.
• Spanish proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• FP&A and plant performance support.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and profitability with leadership.
• Develop dashboards for labor, overhead, yield/waste and cost drivers.
• Own inventory accuracy, reporting and valuation.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts.
• Present financial results to plant leadership.
