Job summary

Aurorium is seeking a Plant Controller to manage financial reporting, cash management, and the annual operating plan for the plant. You will partner with corporate functions and report to the Operations Finance Director.

Responsibilities include annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close, and KPI reporting to leadership. Strong GAAP knowledge and SAP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3+ years of related accounting or finance experience, manufacturing preferred.
• GAAP knowledge and ability to prepare financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the plant.
• Manage month-end close and prepare financial statements and KPIs.
• Analyze costs, revenues, and projections to guide leadership decisions.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with GAAP and local requirements.
• Collaborate with site leadership to communicate results and actions.
