Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and coordinate month-end close.
• Plan and coordinate plant budget activities.
• Analyze key business drivers and tie budgets to forecasts.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and reserves review.
• Deliver monthly performance analysis with commentary and materials.
• Provide financial reports to local management and assist in interpretation of results.
• Develop variance reports to improve plant efficiencies and cost control.
• Monitor daily activity with dashboards focusing on bookings,Sales, and inventory.
• Respond to ad-hoc analyses for plant management and leadership.
