Responsibilities

• Provides expert analysis on plant financials to improve results.
• Drives implementation of digital solutions for the plant.
• Performs and supports inventory management and cycle count processes.
• Provides financial reporting and variance analysis to local and HQ management.
• Handles ad hoc reporting for Controller, Plant Manager, CIP and other local management teams.
• Acts as an advisor to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems across departments.
• Supports forecasting and budgeting, including CAPEX controlling.
• Supports month-end reporting including PUMA/Productivity, P&L, Balance Sheet, CAPEX, Inventory, Reserves, Warranty, and Journal Entries.
• Performs costing for new products, BOM revisions, and quoting for Product Management Team.
