Costa Farms is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Massachusetts to perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and building systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general carpentry, mechanical and plumbing repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs not requiring a specialized technician.
• Inspect equipment and identify repair needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and plan repairs using manuals or blueprints.
• Request supplies and maintain shop areas and inventories.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed.
