Job summary

IEA Kenosha Plant in Kenosha, WI is seeking a maintenance supervisor with strong leadership and safety focus. You will direct and optimize maintenance activities, supervise a team, and ensure safe, efficient operations at the Kenosha facility.

Qualifications include a bachelor/technical degree in facility management or related field, 5+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, and proficiency in reading blueprints and plant documents. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications
Key skills, abilities, and knowledge:
  • Ability to communicate (oral/written).
  • Ability to direct and lead subordinates and others safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, etc.
  • Ability to plan, organize and direct multiple work activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret field documents, plant drawings, and blueprints.
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts preferably.
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and the ability to follow safe work practices.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience Five or more years of maintenance or related experience is desirable. Must have Supervisory experience.
  • Educational: Bachelor or Technical degree in Facility Management or a related field.
  • Certificates, Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
