Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Plant Equipment Maintenance Specialist to safeguard reliability of our manufacturing lines. You will plan preventive maintenance and rapidly diagnose complex issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Collaborate with production, lead root-cause investigations, support capital projects, reinforce 5S and GMP, and mentor teammates. The role requires hands-on skills, good communication, and the ability to work long shifts in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Education/training in a skilled trade (mechanical, electrical, fluid power, machining, welding, etc.)
• Proficient with hand/power tools and test equipment such as voltmeters and ammeters
• Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and sketches
• Effective communicator who can juggle multiple priorities
• Working familiarity with OSHA requirements
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Strong internal customer service orientation
• Lift Truck Operator License and/or other certifications may be required

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability
• Diagnose and repair issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and building systems
• Collaborate with production to sustain optimal machine capability
• Lead root-cause investigations for equipment failures and implement fixes
• Support capital projects and continuous improvement efforts
• Reinforce 5S discipline and GMP compliance
• Adjust, align, and calibrate equipment to target performance
• Establish or refine work procedures to meet schedules
• Expand and share maintenance knowledge as technologies evolve
• Carry out additional assignments as needed
