Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Cleveland, TX plant. You will operate plant equipment and support daily production, contributing to safe and efficient operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of equipment operation experience (loader, haul truck, water truck, skid steer), solid mechanical knowledge, and good communication skills. We offer a team oriented environment and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating equipment (loader, haul truck, water truck, skid steer).
• General mechanical knowledge.
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in support of daily plant production.
• Inspect plant areas and perform basic maintenance, repairs, and screen changes.
• Complete welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Identify safety hazards or equipment issues and respond appropriately.
