Description

PSC Group has an exciting opportunity for a Plant Equipment Operator to join our team in Picayune, MS. This full-time, permanent role involves operating heavy equipment such as vacuum trucks in a refinery setting. We offer a stable, long-term career in a growing industry.

Work Schedule:

12 Hour Rotating Shifts (Day and Night)

Pay Range:

Starting at $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform filter change outs, leaf cleaning, and related activities.
• Operate pressure washers and perform basic equipment upkeep.
• Assist with housekeeping at work sites.
• Conduct JSAs and permits, understanding safety hazards.
• Support vacuum truck operations, including hose handling and maneuvering.
• Communicate with team members and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Valid TWIC Card and Driver's License (CDL preferred).
• Experience in a chemical plant, industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Good work history and references.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Military experience is a plus.
