Where: Clackamas, OR | Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire | Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM | Compensation: $28-$32 per hour DOE

Execute PMs and inspections on conveyors, servo motor systems, and supporting plant equipment. Tackle repairs using mechanical skills, basic electrical work, welding, and light carpentry. Operate AC/DC welders, oxygen/acetylene cutting tools, forklifts, and standard shop tools safely. Diagnose and resolve issues on 120/208/240/480-volt systems; read manuals and schematics to locate faults. Complete accurate maintenance documentation and communicate clearly with team members.
Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly; push/pull loaded materials as needed.
Comfortably climb ladders, use catwalks, and navigate around/under/on top of equipment in a dynamic plant.
Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and high attention to detail.
Read and write in English to follow safety guidance and complete work orders.
