Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Plant Environmental Compliance Specialist in East Liverpool, OH to manage facility permits and serve as the state EPA contact. The role involves office and plant-floor work, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will conduct audits, interpret RCRA/MACT regulations, prepare reports, and train staff to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence. A Bachelor’s in science and 3+ years of regulatory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science (required).
• 3+ years of regulatory experience in hazardous waste management (preferred).
• Experience with Ohio EPA and US EPA; knowledge of RCRA and MACT (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Manages facility permits and serves as the point of contact for the state EPA.
• Conducts facility audits to ensure compliance with hazardous waste regulations.
• Reviews regulations pertaining to RCRA, MACT and Title V.
• Prepares and submits routine compliance reports; assists with additional reporting.
• Educates facility personnel on environmental compliance regulations and training.
