- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in engineering.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day plant engineering and maintenance functions.
- Establishes labor and method standards for all processes.
- Coordinates activities of engineers to meet timelines.
- Directs maintenance technicians and ensures safety.
- Ensures documentation and standard engineering processes are followed.
- Interacts with customers to communicate problems and solutions.
- Manages special projects and training of subordinates.
- Responsible for customer-specific requirements and QMS references.
