Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience leading engineering teams and asset maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of Engineering and Maintenance departments, including staffing and training.
• Leads process improvement and implementation of manufacturing processes to support production.
• Provides leadership to the team, driving high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Devises engineering strategies to meet organizational objectives and improve productivity.
• Evaluates performance and recommends enhancements to optimize operations.
