Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, PLC and Controls) or related technical field required.
• Minimum of five years in maintenance and engineering in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Proficient in CMMS and data-driven decision making.
• Lean manufacturing tools and techniques with focus on TPM and lean flow.
• Three years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; proficiency in project management software required.

Aufgaben

• Leads, supervises, trains, develops, and mentors lead men, technicians and personnel in the maintenance and engineering department.
• Plans, coordinates, and leads activities and systems necessary to ensure safe effective asset maintenance management of all production equipment and facilities.
• Uses results of internal and external audits to drive improvement. Acts as Quality Management Representative for the plant.
• Recommends capital investment as necessary to maintain uptime and utilization necessary to support the achievement of the production plan.
• Implements action plans to achieve flexibility of the work force and identifies training needs for all direct reports. Communicates those needs to Human Resources and helps to implement action plans that drive the development and analytical skill within the departments.
• Maitains operating budget for facilities engineering and maintenance.
• Support operations, process and quality in the identification and implementation of scrap reduction and process control projects.
• Interprets company policy for direct reports and serves as a role model in the fair and consistent administration of all policies and procedures.
• Develops and encourages a high level of employee morale and engagement.
• Other work related duties as assigned.
