• Knowledge of circuit design, plant engineering and maintenance, and electrical codes.
• Proficient with software for design calculations, schematics, layouts, and automated controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical engineering projects within cost, design, and schedule constraints.
• Prepare costs and submissions for projects and programs.
• Procure materials and coordinate with vendors for project needs.
• Contribute to cost-reduction through engineering design and implementation.
• Support safety and environmental programs through engineering actions.
• Assist maintenance with diagnosing electrical/electronic issues.
• Provide electrical engineering expertise and recommendations.
• Advise on capital expenditures to meet plant goals.
• Develop upgrades for magnet wire production equipment and control systems.
• Maintain engineering records and file organization.
• Write control programs for PCs, PLCs, and interfaces.
