They plan, design and implement equipment, machinery, and automation, collaborating with plant resources to create safe, stable manufacturing processes and systems through data analysis and sound engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Plastics/Manufacturing).
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support engineering projects in the plant.
• Understand plant infrastructure and equipment.
• Reduce wastes and costs.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Provide reliable technical support to the plant and organization.
• Analyze system gaps and issues.
• Maintain plant layouts and schematics and specifications.
