Job summary

CNH Industrial New Holland Manufacturing Plant is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to join the New Product Launch Engineering Team for a hands-on, on-site internship. The role is designed to develop engineering skills in a real manufacturing setting.

Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August; candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Science, Technical, Math or Engineering, and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technical, Math or Engineering fields.
• Proficient in daily use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and document new manufacturing process flows.
• Design and validate fixtures; participate in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.

Quality Engineering Intern

Key Responsibilities

The Plant Engineering Intern will work with the New Holland Manufacturing Plant's New Product Launch Engineering Team for successful product launch into the market. This role is 100% on site (not hybrid). Responsibilities will include developing, implementing and documenting new manufacturing process flows, fixture design and prove out, participate in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.

Experience Required

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technical, Math or Engineering fields of study with Mechanical, Manufacturing or Agricultural Engineering preferred.

Proficient in daily use of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $23.69 - $27.81 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
