CNH Industrial is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern for our New Holland, PA plant. The internship runs on-site full-time (40 hours/week) from May through August and targets current college students pursuing engineering, science, technology or math degrees.

The Quality Engineering Intern will support our manufacturing operations of our New Holland, PA plant. This role is 100% on site (not hybrid). Responsibilities will include root cause problem solving in a manufacturing environment for process improvement utilizing quality tools, statistical control, technology development to support daily manufacturing processes, process development and documentation.
Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology or Math related fields of study.
Proficient in daily use of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
The annual salary for this role is USD $23.69 - $27.81 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role).
