Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern for our New Holland, PA plant. The internship runs on-site full-time (40 hours/week) from May through August and targets current college students pursuing engineering, science, technology or math degrees.

Responsibilities include root cause analysis, process improvement, and documentation using quality tools; daily Office suite proficiency is required, with housing support and a competitive summer wage.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology or Math related fields of study.
• Proficient in daily use of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.

• Responsibilities will include root cause problem solving in a manufacturing environment for process improvement utilizing quality tools, statistical control, technology development to support daily manufacturing processes, process development and documentation.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $23.69 - $27.81 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role).

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
