  • Support plant reliability, safety, and performance initiatives
  • Gain hands‑on experience with operational and maintenance processes
  • Build skills in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management

  • Participate in formal training programs (e.g., OJT, Energy Supply Operator Training) and continue to develop technical knowledge through on-the-job learning with operators, technicians, and plant leadership
  • Support Operator/Technicians and other Managers in the operation and maintenance of the Riverton Plant and be able to provide weekend support.
  • Be available for 24/7 support of operations and maintenance.
  • Support purchasing, by investigating and specifying equipment and parts as directed by other managers.

  • Develop basic skills in systems which support operation and maintenance of plant. These systems include, but are not limited to, Plant Distributed Control System, Maintenance Management System, Continuous Emissions Monitoring System, Corporate Financial Management System, etc.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Engineering degree from an ABET accredited university preferred. Applicable technical and project management experience in an industrial setting also acceptable.
