Responsibilities

• Determine production quantities and communicate cost-to-produce to management.
• Prepare and test environmental plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Propose operational improvements for efficiency.
• Participate in safety audits and maintain a safe work environment.
• Schedule maintenance and manage spare parts inventories for repairs.
• Conduct semi-annual inventory reconciliations.
• Support plant manager, foreman, and superintendents as needed.
