Job summary

Saint Mary’s Health Network, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a hospital engineering professional to maintain and repair a wide range of medical and facility equipment within a 352-bed acute care hospital in Reno, NV. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and compliance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems.

The position is full-time with daytime shifts, offering an opportunity to contribute to a community-focused health system with a long-standing history

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate logs on all equipment in hospital and provides for a safe working environment.
• Maintains and repairs equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems.
• Certified and/or licensed in a specific trade that is directly related to healthcare engineering
