Job summary

Power Systems Mfg., LLC in Jupiter, FL seeks a Plant Engineer to provide technical and commercial support across HRSG, steam turbine, generator, and balance of plant systems. You will develop bundled plant solutions, perform performance assessments, and support operations, maintenance, and outages.

You will join the Shaft Line team, evaluate turbine upgrade effects, lead decarbonization efforts toward hydrogen fuel, and help steer global strategy for Shaft Line projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10+ years in power plant applications, maintenance, operations, or field engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HRSG, steam turbine, generator, and balance-of-plant systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent PSM and Hanwha in commercial, engineering and project activities.
• Evaluate new technologies and incorporate into PSM strategy.
• Coordinate projects with functional groups and region/product lines.
• Create specifications, procedures, and documentation for projects.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide practical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on Shaft Line opportunities.
• Coordinate site resources including engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Coordinate Shaft Line issues with PSM and Hanwha; support outages as needed.
