Job description

Seeking a Plant Engineer with 2D and 3D modeling experience, to help optimize manufacturing processes to improve cost, productivity, and quality while managing production workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain workplace safety and 3S standards
• Communicate promptly with supervisors and departments
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot technical issues and customer complaints
• Support facility maintenance and upgrades
• Manage equipment documentation and plant layouts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
• Solid experience working with internal and external customers and contractors
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor or Autodesk Creator is a PLUS
• Robotics and automation experience is a PLUS
• Experience with statistical analysis and technical documentation
• Experience with process improvement and safety: plant layout, tools, fixture design, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
