Evonik is seeking a Plant Engineer in Blair, Nebraska to support continuous operation areas and back up other Plant Engineers. You will assist maintenance and engineering activities to deliver quality products safely and efficiently, ensuring high plant availability and stable operations for Omega‑3 and Biolys plants.
You will work with other engineers, supervise and coordinate tasks, and develop maintenance plans while adhering to Evonik regulations and GPS contractor management.

The Plant Engineer is responsible for supporting the continuous operation areas and backing up other Plant Engineers. They support the maintenance and engineering activities to ensure the delivery of quality product in a safe, efficient and timely manner. They support the Plant Managers and their team to ensure high plant availability and stable operations for the Omega‑3 and Biolys plants. It is essential that the Plant Engineer works together as a team with the other engineers.
