Job description

This is a unique opportunity in an upscale town outside of Springfield, close to Vermont and New Hampshire, with nearby colleges. The site has a capacity of 200 people, is clean and safe, and produces a variety of extruded and coated polymer films used for electronic devices and the automotive industry.

This is a comprehensive Electrical Engineering (EE) role, which includes supporting controls, field instrumentation, plant upgrades, production support, and conducting root cause analysis. The position, salary, and bonus will be tailored to the seniority of the engineer.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility, including industries such as films, chemicals, or widgets. Preferred experience includes controls, motors, power distribution, instrumentation, and maintenance.
