This is a unique opportunity in an upscale town outside of Springfield, close to Vermont and New Hampshire, with nearby colleges. The site employs approximately 200 people and is known for being clean and safe. It produces a variety of extruded and coated polymer films used in electronic devices and the automotive industry.

This role is a comprehensive Electrical Engineering position, supporting controls, field instrumentation, plant upgrades, and production support, with an emphasis on root cause analysis. The salary and bonus will be tailored based on the seniority of the engineer.
