Job summary

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks an EHS Specialist with plant-level experience in prefabrication manufacturing to support Surprise, AZ operations. You will implement and maintain safety programs, promote a culture of safety, and actively identify hazards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety.
• 2-4 years of experience in a safety role in manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
• Knowledge of OSHA general industry regulations.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification preferred; CSP/ASP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety policies and programs for general industry manufacturing operations.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and conduct regular facility inspections.
• Identify hazards via inspections, JHAs, and employee feedback; recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training on PPE, emergency response, and equipment safety.
• Investigate workplace incidents and prepare root-cause reports with preventive actions.
• Track site safety metrics and prepare management reports for continuous improvement.
