Menasha Corporation, a leading provider of packaging and supply chain solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to plan and optimize plant layouts and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize waste, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall efficiency across the facility.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3-5 years of experience, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks and manufacturing automation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree – Plastics Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• AutoCAD/SolidWorks experience.
• Experience using automation to improve process and flow.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, identify, oversee the layout of equipment to improve plant efficiency.
• Support process technology deployment to minimize variation and optimize manufacturing.
• Analyze workflow, cell design, plant layout and bottlenecks to improve throughput.
• Provide technical input for equipment and tool advancement.
• Support capital improvement projects and mold move processes.
• Conduct time studies to optimize production capabilities.
