Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to identify and implement processes that boost plant efficiency and reduce costs. You will coordinate Mold Shop personnel, ensure metrics are met, and drive process technology initiatives across the plant.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering and 1–3 years of related experience, with PLC expertise and a focus on automation to improve flow.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement processes to improve overall plant efficiency.
• Coordinate and oversee the Mold Shop personnel and ensure metrics are met.
• Develop and implement process technology to minimize variation and optimize manufacturing while reducing costs.
• Maximize efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, and workforce utilization.
• Support technical teams in root cause analysis for equipment downtime.
• Provide technical input for advancement of equipment and tools.
• Manage or lead plant capital improvement projects.

About The Opportunity

1. Identify and implement processes aimed at improving the overall efficiency of the plant operations 1. Coordinate and oversee the Mold Shop personnel and ensure metrics are met.
2. Develop and implement process technology in the plant to minimize variation and optimize the manufacturing of products while reducing costs.
3. Maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods and work force utilization.
4. Support the technical teams in finding root cause analysis for equipment downtime.
5. Provide technical skill, knowledge and judgment as it relates to the quality of product being produced.
6. Provide technical input and support in the advancement of equipment and tools.
7. Manage/lead plant capital improvement projects.
8. Other duties as assigned

Education/Certification
