Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to identify and implement processes that boost plant efficiency and reduce operating costs. The role focuses on the Mold Shop, equipment layout, workflow, and performance metrics to deliver measurable improvements.

You will collaborate with technical teams, support capital projects, and ensure quality in production while advancing equipment and tooling capabilities. A manufacturing engineering background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in industrial, mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience; automation experience preferred.
• Experience with PLCs (programmable logic controllers).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement processes to improve plant efficiency.
• Coordinate and oversee the Mold Shop personnel and ensure metrics are met.
• Develop and implement process technology to minimize variation and reduce costs.
• Maximize efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods and workforce utilization.
• Support technical teams in root-cause analysis for equipment downtime.
• Provide technical input for advancement of equipment and tools.
• Manage/lead plant capital improvement projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Opportunity

Identify and implement processes aimed at improving the overall efficiency of the plant operations

• Coordinate and oversee the Mold Shop personnel and ensure metrics are met.

Education/Certification Level Required
