Job summary

Magnera Corporation is seeking a Plant Director to lead all site operations, driving safety, quality, cost management and production performance. You will guide the Operations Leadership team, build a strong culture, and partner with functional leaders to align with Magnera-wide objectives.

The role requires a strong track record in manufacturing leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement, with a focus on adherence to quality standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Ten years of experience in manufacturing with escalation to operations leadership, preference for non-woven or related paper/processing industries.
• Five years of experience leading a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, cost management, and production performance against budget/forecast.
• Lead the Operations Leadership team and foster a positive, productive culture.
• Develop and execute the site operations plan and budget; manage profitability and P&L.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, and tech teams.
• Ensure adherence to Magnera quality standards and resource planning.
• Travel about 10–20% as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
