Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, in partnership with Ballad Health, seeks a Plant Operations Director for Princeton Transitional Care & Assisted Living in Johnson City, TN. You will oversee facilities, equipment, and utilities, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care environments.

Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, coordinating maintenance staff, and being on-call as needed to support 24/7 operations and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and facility physical plant upkeep.
• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order.
• Maintain property grounds in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• On-Call required.

Princeton Transitional Care & Assisted Living is a partnership between Signature HealthCARE and Ballad Health bringing a new level of health care services to the Tri-Cities area.
