Woodstream is hiring a Plant Custodian II for the 1st shift at our Lititz, PA facility. The role focuses on housekeeping, light maintenance, and team-based problem solving to improve safety, productivity, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of restrooms and work areas, use of floor sweepers, and routine equipment checks. Opportunities exist for growth in a stable, long-established company with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, neat, clean, and orderly environment within the Lititz facility
• Complete daily cleaning tasks including restrooms, breakrooms, and smoke shed
• Operate floor sweeper and floor scrubber for daily cleaning
• Inspect and replace air compressor filters; complete Air Compressor and Water Oil Separator checklists
• Clean/replace oil absorbent mats for machines
• Keep docks and trash compactors area clean
• Assist with setup/breakdown of meetings rooms
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory
• Perform seasonal duties like sidewalk salt/shoveling and storm drain cleanup

SCOPE & BASIC FUNCTIONS:

The Plant Custodian II position is responsible for housekeeping as well as light maintenance and will participate as a team member in solving problems and implementing solutions to increase Woodstream's safety, productivity, and housekeeping standards in the Lititz manufacturing facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performance of duties to maintain a safe, neat, clean, and orderly environment within the Lititz manufacturing facility.


• Complete daily cleaning tasks such as cleaning restrooms, breakrooms and smoke shed


• Utilize floor sweeper and floor scrubber to complete daily cleaning requirements.


• Complete Air Compressor and Water Oil Separator checklist daily and change air compressor filters as scheduled.


• Clean-up and replace oil absorbent mat pads for specified machines.


• Maintain cleanliness of Docks outside as well as around trash compactors.


• Follow checklist to inspect and clean compressor, fire pump and similar equipment


• Assistance with set up and break down of meetings rooms


• Maintain cleaning supply inventory


• Complete seasonal duties such as salt and shovel sidewalks, clean out storm drains, leaf clean-up.
