Johns Manville in Ohio is seeking a Senior Plant Cost Analyst to partner with plant leadership and corporate finance. You will translate manufacturing operations into actionable financial insights to drive cost control, productivity, and long-term growth.

As a trusted business partner, you will develop forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses, maintain cost accounting data, and influence decision-making across Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize performance on the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of finance or accounting experience, including manufacturing cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, standard costing, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience supporting annual operating plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analysis.
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost savings and productivity initiatives by partnering with plant leadership.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain cost accounting processes, including BOMs, routings, and standard costs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance.
