CertainTeed, a Saint-Gobain brand, seeks a Plant Cost Analyst at our Norwood, MA location to ensure financial statement integrity and internal controls. You will support month-end closes, budgeting, standard costs, and cost reduction initiatives, partnering with plant leadership to drive profitability.
The role demands 2+ years in cost accounting within manufacturing, strong analytical and IT skills, and excellent communication to present insights to multiple levels of the organization.
The Plant Cost Analyst will assist the Norwood Controller to ensure the financial statement integrity and internal controls of the Norwood location. This position will be responsible for plant accounting activity such as supporting WCM Plant Team. Partner with the plant management to provide timely and accurate data to support business decisions such as sourcing, pricing, and long-range planning.
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $81,500.00 to $126,500.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $89,600.00 to $139,100.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
