Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word).
• Experience with cost accounting in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operating reporting throughout the month (trend, plant performance).
• Monitor variances and collaborate with production and accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile SAP inventories with periodic cycle counts and postings.
• Prepare and maintain standard cost estimates in SAP.
• Assist in month-end close and annual operating plan.
• Ensure safety, food safety and quality compliance in all tasks.
