Job summary

Maker's Pride, LLC is seeking a Cost Accountant in Grand Rapids, Michigan, responsible for developing and monitoring plant costs and operational metrics. The successful candidate will maintain SKU level cost standards in SAP and prepare variance analysis for materials and labor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience with Manufacturing/Cost Accounting.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably in food or pharma industry.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor plant costs and operational metrics.
• Reconcile labor hours and assist in cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare financial analysis and assist with budget preparation.
