Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Controls Technician to provide electrical and controls support for plant operations in Fort Worth, TX. Work hours are 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, four days a week, with pay starting between $33.82 and $42.34 per hour based on experience.

The role requires reading one-line diagrams, maintaining MCCs, switchgear and industrial networks, and ensuring safety standards including NEC compliance. Benefits and performance bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical mfg. trade, or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with controls/electrical maintenance in manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to read schematics, one-line diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and control systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Read blueprints and one-line diagrams to install and wire electrical equipment.
• Test connections after installation to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and control issues on production equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, national electrical codes and GMPs.
• Maintain MCCs, switchgear, robots, transformers and generators as assigned.
• Coordinate with management and operators to address electrical hazards and repairs.
• Update CMMS with maintenance records and work orders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend equipment upgrades.
