Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Controls Technician in Oklahoma City to provide electrical and controls support for plant operations. You will troubleshoot, install, calibrate and maintain control systems up to 600V, collaborating with engineers and mechanics to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Education includes a high school diploma or GED with technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience focused on controls and electronics.
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, HMIs and related networks required.
• Must read and interpret schematics, one-line diagrams and manuals.
• Ability to work with 600V, three-phase and single-phase circuits; perform safe testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and control systems, including inspection and calibration.
• Read blueprints and one-line diagrams to install outlets, circuits and load centers.
• Test connections after installation to ensure safe operation of components.
• Troubleshoot electrical and controls issues in production equipment and processes.
• Maintain MCCs, switchgear, robots, transformers and generator systems.
• Follow local, state and national electrical codes and GMPs; participate in continuous improvement.
