Job summary

Lead budgeting, reporting, and risk management, partner with executives, support lean manufacturing, and guide digitalization in controlling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting or business.
• 10+ years of related experience in financial/manufacturing controlling.
• Master’s degree preferred; CPA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and management oversight for the plant controlling organization.
• Establishes economic strategies, objectives, and policies to drive financial and manufacturing performance.
• Directs and oversees plant BP/CF/YEC/MBR processes and cost variance analyses.
• Drives measures to improve plant cost performance and target value added costs.
• Prepares budgets and analyzes financial position across income, expenses, and earnings.
• Supports lean manufacturing and value stream management initiatives.
