Job summary

ADM seeks a Plant Controller for its Oilseeds facility in Enderlin, ND. The role connects Operations and Finance, with travel to Enderlin three times weekly from Fargo.

You’ll drive improvements through actionable insights, working capital optimization, and disciplined execution within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You’ll own site financial performance, lead monthly close and forecasting, manage inventory governance, and partner with operations to optimize costs and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or similar field.
• 7-10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• HFM and large ERP systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full site financial performance; lead reviews daily/weekly/monthly.
• Own Controls framework and drive compliance.
• Lead monthly close, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Explain Slow Time/Down Time and impact to OEE.
• Provide insights to plant management through cost analyses.
• Lead inventory governance across materials and finished goods.
• Evaluate capital projects including ROI and risk.
• Support purchasing processes and GRNI tracking.
• Develop performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Educate leadership on financial plan and results.
