You will manage accounting, budgeting, audits, payroll, compliance, and reporting, while mentoring staff and ensuring strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Experience with audits, payroll, and regulatory compliance.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Manufacturing/agriculture/commodity industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
• Coordinate audits and annual filings.
• Manage cash flow, lines of credit, and lender reporting.
