Bachelor’s in Accounting with 4–5+ years in accounting; CPA/CMA or Master’s preferred; SAP/BPC and Excel proficiency; responsibilities include inventory costing, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and strong GAAP knowledge.
• CPA/CMA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with cost accounting and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the plant P&L, balance sheet, and close process.
• Lead month-end close, variances, and financial reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and ledgers across locations.
• Coordinate with Operations and corporate functions.
• Analyze inventory and costing; support budgeting and forecasts.
