Job summary

Allura USA is seeking a Plant Controller to lead plant accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls at the Roaring River fiber cement siding plant. The role may include travel to the Houston corporate office at least 25% of the time.

Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with plant and company leadership to drive performance improvements and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• Minimum of five years of accounting or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and controls.
• Experience with inventory accounting, WIP, and fixed asset management.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant accounting, financial reporting, forecasts, budgets, and analysis; explain results and risks to leadership.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures across plant transactions and processes.
• Develop P&L measures and KPIs to support decisions.
• Partner with plant leadership on planning, process improvements, and capex controls.
• Prepare financial statements and schedules for audits at Roaring River facility.
• Support special projects and resolve financial or payment issues as needed.
