Qualifications

4+ years of accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, cost analysis, and financial reporting
Experience partnering with operations or plant leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee plant financial reporting, close activities, and account analysis
Monitor manufacturing costs, margins, and operating results
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Partner with operations leaders on budgets, forecasts, and financial decisions
Support inventory controls and ensure the accuracy of plant-related financial information
Prepare financial presentations and communicate results to senior leadership
