Cabinetworks Group is seeking a Plant Controller to lead plant accounting at Sayre or Orwell facilities. The role partners with Manufacturing Leadership to support objectives, develop standard costing processes, and provide insightful financial analysis for operations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing, with ERP experience and strong Excel skills. On-site, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Five+ years cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior standard costing experience.
• Prior Plant accounting experience.
• Strong collaboration with plant management.
• Proficiency with Excel and standard cost/inventory systems.

Aufgaben

• Accounting and Finance Lead in support of the entire manufacturing facility.
• Communicate financial information to non-finance departments.
• Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly plant metrics (labor, overhead, scrap, throughput).
• Month-end close responsibilities (labor entries, accruals, inventory, COS, overhead, transfer pricing).
• Ensure GAAP compliance and SOX documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial closing processes and analyses.
• Support plant standard product costs, BOMs, operating plans, and forecasts.
• Review plant productivity projects with production teams.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory and analyze perpetual transactions.
• Support development of plant capital budgets and CAPEX requests.
• Ad-hoc projects and analysis.
• Provide insights on make/buy sourcing decisions.
